Our Construction Process
Planning
Our professional planning team are able to meet with the client to discuss their initial thoughts and advise them of what is achievable.
We can advise the client on cost, design, development & construction planning even before the client has put pen to paper.
Design
At this stage, the client has decided on a scheme.
Our professional design team will meet with the client to prepare several designs schemes for approval.
Once a design scheme is approved by the client we will be in a position to liaise with the relevant authorities.
We will then follow it through from design to inception with the aid of the client and all relevant consultants.
Development
At this stage planning, the design would have been completed.
We are able to advise the client on finance and development cost.
Our construction team will develop the scheme on time and on budget.
Each project will have a dedicated project manager who will liaise with the client direct and all relevant consultants.
